What they needed
Club Of United Business (CUB) is a community of ambitious entrepreneurs and business owners across Australia. Beyond being a network, CUB is a collection of leadership communities and networking services designed to help members build real relationships. To support this mission at scale, CUB needed a unified platform that would let members interact, access exclusive content, manage memberships, and participate in events across multiple cities. The challenge was to bring these needs together into a single, scalable digital experience.
What we delivered
We partnered with CUB to create the CUB App, a unified web and mobile platform that acts as the central hub for the community. Members can access exclusive content, connect with other entrepreneurs, discover and manage events, and grow their personal business networks through a single interface. Under the hood, the platform integrates key systems such as CRM and payments, linking community engagement with membership and event operations.

How we got there
Our approach focused on three pillars: members, operations, and scalability. For members, we designed engagement features like a news feed and chat to encourage real-time interaction and relationship-building across cities. For operations, we implemented event and membership management tools directly within the platform, while integrating with systems like HubSpot and Stripe for CRM and payments. To support growth, we built the app to be scalable across cities and locations, ensuring that new communities can be added without disrupting existing ones. Calendar synchronisation further streamlined event attendance, allowing members to manage participation directly from their personal calendars.
